Public Affairs Director – FULL TIME, WHLV Orlando, FL





  • Ensure all Public files are in order and up to date.
  • Build and file Annual FCC Report.
  • Ensure the Quarterly FCC Reports are built and filed correctly and on time.
  • Ensure all comment letters are properly filed in FCC files.
  • Act as TBN Liaison and representative to the local community and Government.
  • Create topics for taping of ‘Joy in Our Town’ local show.
  • Contact local participants to schedule programs.
  • Answering incoming telephone calls
  • Assist the Station Manager with daily administrative tasks



  • Must have excellent people and organizational skills
  • Able to use all office computer software
  • A background in television production and writing is a plus
  • Some travel may be required throughout the state of Florida

Production Coordinator – FULL TIME WHLV Orlando, FL





  • Oversee production, equipment, paperwork and special projects
  • Book and coordinate crew for studio productions
  • Directing local programs
  • Editing local and network programs
  • Communicate relevant information to all departments about the specifics of production
  • Work closely with Production Manager on daily tasks
  • Manage production calendar
  • Communicate continually with the team, talent and crew





The ideal candidate has a minimum of 2+ years in a similar role. Production experience is required.

In addition, a successful candidate will possess the following qualities:


  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment both independently and in a team setting
  • Proficient in MS Office software, Excel, Google Docs
  • Must have excellent people and organizational skills
  • Have a working knowledge of operating a field/studio camera
  • Ability to handle multiple projects at once

Knowledge and experience in post-production editing and post-production software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.

Marketing Campaign Specialist



TBN is searching for a Marketing Campaign Specialist, to assist in the tracking and development of integrated marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, working in a fast-paced agile marketing department. They should have knowledge working with marketing automation software, campaign development, along with the skills to report and tell a story with data being mined from TBN's tech stack. This individual should be very coachable and willing to learn.



Skill Sets Desired:


  • Strong Analytical background
  • Must be metrics driven and a very strong analytic thinker
  • Assist in analyzing marketing data (conversion rates, traffic, campaign results, ROI, etc.) to consult on future marketing strategies
  • Creative campaign skillset
  • Proven track record of developing and managing marketing programs tied to specific goals (e.g., awareness, engagement, revenue)
  • Ability to work with multiple databases, queries, and contact lists
  • Ensuring data stays separate within the overarching marketing database
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and ability to effectively and efficiently work within a fast-paced agile marketing environment
  • Experience managing multi-touch, integrated marketing campaigns
  • Experience in creating nurture tracks
  • Self-starter with an ability to initiate projects and execute from start to finish; Can work independently with minimal supervision

Video Editor / Line Producer for TBN Salsa (Full Time)



Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Perform related duties as assigned by Supervisor
  • Video editing on Avid and/or Adobe Premiere
  • Help produce new shows for the Network
  • Photoshop editing
  • Adobe After Effects editing and graphic design  
  • Editing spots for Television
  • Maintain and create new content for the Network’s social media page
  • Create innovative videos relevant to the Network’s audience
  • Light travel to remote locations for event tapings, conferences, and/or conventions
  • Able to tell a story with content given
  • Able to multi task
  • Able to meet deadlines
  • Able to think outside of the box



Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:


  • B/A in television production, marketing, public relations, cinematography, or similar discipline.
  • Must be able to operate ENG broadcast cameras
  • At least 3 years’ experience in Adobe and/or Avid software
  • Experience with lighting of sets or set design is a plus
  • Takes initiative at work

Prayer Partner (Part Time)


Job Summary:


Handle prayer line calls, take prayer requests and pledges, salvations, re-dedications, praise reports, and special requests from all over the nation and world.  There will also be some data entry work at the end of these phone calls.



Summary of essential job functions:


  • Ability to pray effectually, providing assistance through prayer & the word of God to those in need
  • Ability to respond to crisis calls such as suicide, anger, abuse, depression
  • Spiritually & emotionally mature, portraying a Godly character that exemplifies the lifestyle & behavior of a Minister of the Gospel
  • Ability to appropriately handle sensitive & confidential information
  • Ability to handle high call volume & work well with others





  • Typing (minimum 30 wpm) & Computer skills (entering pertinent and confidential caller information)
  • Proper telephone etiquette
  • Good command of the English language
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
